Reservation Instructions

• Definition of non-holidays and holidays
  Non-holidays: Sunday to Friday
  Holidays: Saturdays, national holidays or consecutive holidays
• The price will be announced separately during the Chinese New Year holidays

Reservation Procedures

• Please call in advance to confirm or make reservations.
• After confirming the reservation by phone, please make the deposit within 5 days after the reservation (30% of the room price).
• If the deposit is not received within 5 days after the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled without notice.
• After the remittance, please be sure to call and tell us the last 5 digits of your account number for our confirmation. Thank you!
• Once we receive the deposit, we will hold the room, and the remaining balance should be paid when you check in at Lixin.

Cancellation Policy

• Lixin’s online booking deposit is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the “Standard Form Contract” issued by the Tourism Bureau: 30% of the total amount of the room price will be charged as the deposit.
• According to the provisions, the deposit will be deducted as cancellation fees according to the following rates:

1. If cancelled on the day of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be deducted.
2. If cancelled 1 day before the day of the stay, 80% of the deposit will be deducted.
3. If cancelled 2-3 days before the day of the stay, 70% of the deposit will be deducted.
4. If cancelled 4-6 days before the day of the stay, 60% of the deposit will be deducted.
5. If cancelled 7-9 days before the day of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be deducted.
6. If cancelled 10-13 days before the day of the stay, 30% of the deposit will be deducted.
7. If cancelled at least 14 days before the day of the stay, none of the deposit will be deducted.

Accommodation Information

• Check-in/-out:
  Check-in Time: After 3:00 p.m.
  Check-out Time: Before 12:00 p.m. (noon).
• ​​​​Additional Fee will be charged in case of overdue check-out

Reservation Retention Policy

For any reservation without paying the deposit, Lixin will hold the room until 6:00 p.m. on the day of the stay. If the guest has not arrived before 6:00 p.m. for check-in or cannot be reached, Lixin has the right to cancel the reservation.

Accommodation Notice

Lixin Grand Hotel Tainan is a non-smoking environment. Pets are prohibited while staying at Lixin.
